start her off by using your hands and then slowly take her hands and let her touch herself with your guidance, she'll be so into it she wont notice when you let go and return to pleasing your self.

Seek help and counseling and maybe even sex therapy. Buy her some toys and let her play! Encourage her and do it by starting in front of her and then lovingly guide her to do it!
