Can't see the whole thing unless 2(x-4y+1)+3(-2x+y-2) is the whole equation? It's been awhile since I've done one of those but I think the answer is -1(4x+5y+4).

= (2x - 8y + 2) + (-6x + 3y - 6)

then you combine like terms...

= -4x - 5y - 4
