Put a nice layer of talcum powder over the stain and let it stand overnight to help soak up the grease and then wash away with dishwashing detergent. Works on clothes too.

dawn dish soap and a scrub brush. Dawn breaks up grease and works great to get grease out of clothes and off tables and patios as well as cleaning dishes

I use oven cleaner to get grease off of my teapot on the stove. No scrubbing needed. Spray, wait a while, then wipe!

Gotta go with the Dawn!!!!! Use dawn, scrub the area for about 5 minutes to get the degreasing action going and then "powerwash" it off.

try using a little oxiclean, make a paste out of it and some warm water!

degreasers,,,,try the automotive stores for some and just down your regular grocery aisle
