Just treat her like she's ugly which she might be on the inside, also 9 out of 10 times a person like that is empty on the brain, try to find a topic of conversation that you master and is a common topic and have a group conversation with her and your co-workers or friends (it only works on the work place or probably school) you will show her and everybody else how imperfect she is, now if she is a real air head she probably wont even realize how dumb she is. I guess not even paying attention to her will be the best solution.

yeah i agree leave her alone why would you want to associate with someone who thinks they are better than you unless you can get something out of it.
