And he has never told you about her or anything. Plus she lives in another country, but is planning on moving to NYC later this year. (I'm 8 hours from NYC) Also this girl knows he has a girlfriend. We have been together for almost 2 years.

Do not tolerate it. Break it off before he hurts you. If you make your move now, he will feel sranded. If you wait, you will just give him the time he needs to get to know her better. If you leave him now, you will make him feel like he screwed up and he will realize what a mistake hes made.

I would think something is up. If he wasn't hiding anything and they were just friends he would have told you. Talk to him and let him know how uncomfortable you are with him emailing her. If he plans on continuing to communicate with her then it's up to you to decide if you want to pursue your relationship.

I think I would ditch him. He is not treating you right by cheating on you and lying. Hard for you, but once trust is gone it doesn't come back.

I think that you should confront him you deserve it and i would that they somehow clicked and he may be cheating but you shouldnt jump to conclusions
