is kumho touring plus 723 good enuff for my 1996 astro van?

is kumho tires has good tracking just for the astro van? size is 215/60/15 or does it have a bad effects of driving offf from the van?

there good enough, but I Always but the best tires I can for my vehicles. Too many bad experiences with cheap tires.
The Kumho branded tires are ok IMO
