Yes both boys and girls can.
Boys can 'feel pleasure' as soon as they get an errection.
Girls can 'feel pleasure' as soon as they become aware that there is something down there.
You should probably wait until after puberty to have sex though...

It seems you don't know much about boys. I guess your not one. the answer is yes. Why do you think children play doctor at such a young age, or play with themselves, a way of exploring who they are. Ask your Doctor. You'll see the truth of it. It's only natural, with or with out sperm, or ovum, pleasure still exists. Just don't get perverted with it. Give yourself time to mature, don't rush into adulthood, and its pleasures, you have lots of time. If your under 15 years of age, worry about your school work and education, leave the pleasure til your older!

Both girls and boys feel pleasure before puberty. Both sexes "masturbate" starting in infancy, though they don't know that's what they are doing. They just know when they are touching themselves down there that it feels good, so they do it.

yes they can girls are different from boys but who told you that boys cant feel pleasure as a materfact girls feels pleasure cince childhood also boys ,girls develop faster than boys in different other types of things specially mentally but in this both feel pleasure cince the very first time they just feel it believe me i dont think theres any difference in this .

yes on both accounts puberty is when you become fertile not when the organs start to work. of course girls can have a harder time fully enjoying such practices

Seriously!? EEW! that gross! Anyways, yes we can. We don't feel much pain at all. except for when we first get our period. Then it hurts a little. Besides that, no pain at all.
