protein high foods will help build muscle when using weights.
tuna and chicken are good sources.
start a weight regine along with cardiovascular excercise every other day will build muscle quick and shed fat.
It's important to have strong abs when lifting weights so do crunches, sit ups, russian twists, chin ups, reverse crunches to build a good six pack.
the protein is very important though for a six pack, as well as keeping a balanced diet along with a reducton of fat in your diet.
Use a protein supplement with advice from a nutrionist though

Lots of situps and cruntches. Try putting a weight on your chest and do the situps after a few weeks to further work the muscles.
