Doen't matter what a woman wears. Rape is violence and has nothing to do with sex. Rape is a weapon used in war and our homes by men who are violent.

But what makes the difference between good men and criminals is their ACTIONS, not their thoughts. We all have the choice to act on our emotions of the moment, or rely on the rational part of our brains that says "DO NO HARM." Fortunately for women and the continued existence of civilization, the vast majority of men control their emotions and do not act on them; those who do are thrown in jail.
