Why in the world do you need that much unless you are a farmer? After 9/11 there have been stricter regulations on stuff such as that. First, because it can be easily made into a bomb. Second, because people use stuff like that to make meth.

Nowhere in Canada, if the Canadian gov't enforces proposed new regulations to limit the amount and quantity of fertilizer that can be purchased.
