It is, but they don't enforce other people's copyrights only theres and the ones sold at China only.

Officially, it's illegal, but not enough people to enforce it. Profits come before anything else.

They just don't give a crap about making it. They look at it like this, we get our money from making and selling it, so why should we care if it violates other countries trademark and copyright laws.

not if they are making it. normally it is shipped to destination point and then designer labels put on.
