go to espn.com and look for espn 360,you must have one of the ISPs that support espn360 like i have verizon,im watching the games live right now japan is winning 1-0 over Australia.

You can try http://www.tvnetworks.com/downloads/index.html, and download it. The games are on ESPN2 (it works for me). Hope this helps.
