because, when a man comes in with his lovely wife and two beautiful girls to rent a two bedroom apartment! ends up to be 10, 15 , or even 20 people or even more squeezed in one little apartment, and when they are in, they can't get them out. that is one of the reasons.
When they rent it to Egyptian, they never know who really is going to live there! and for how long!
When they do rent it to Egyptian. The owner wouldn't know also how will they will get it back. Many times the renters will trash the place. Their explanation is, they want the owner to put the money they put up for the rent to fix the place.

Well, I'm Egyptian and did read what friends wrote...actually, you should know to whom you will rent....it doesn't make a difference if you choose a non Egyptian or Egyptian, but what actually counts is what they will use the apartment for....non Egyptian can abuse ...I think most of us know how...
The main cause, in my opinion, due to the money.

Because foreigners will leave the rented apartment eventually, an Egyptian would, most likely, keep it for his descendants for uncountable number of generations to come!!. . . .

forginers mean more money than the egyptian can offer, they also keep the flat clean and not destroy it. it is them life style. wish we change our behivor and be better than we r now.
