Bear in mind... If you aren't willing to employ a sex offender/predator... where are they supposed to work and how are they supposed to pay for all the expenditures associated with being a sex offender (registery upkeep, tracking...)

1. an offender is normally a one time offence, and not a major one, predators are repeat offenders and the ones you actually need to worry about
2. I would hire a sex offender, depending on the charge and the job available. You can not hire them in certain cases, if they are just an offender, but it was for child molestation, you dont want them around children, but if it was for streaking, or just being a dumb 18 year old with a 16 year old girl/boy friend *yes women can go to jail too* i would
3. Predators i would probably not hire, but again it depends on the job, if it is suppervised and gives no chance for them to do anything wrong i may, but the predators are the ones who just keep doing it.
5. They are required to inform you when they apply, i would fire them for lieing, not for being a preditor
6. it depends on the confrontation. if it was because the offender did something wrong they would be fired, but if it is just someone complaining i would tell them that it is none of their business and get back to work.

a sex offender has been caught and gone through the legal system a pr editor is a repeater
hiring would depend upon the offense, an 18year old could be a sex offender for dating a 15 year old, not quite the same as a 18 year old having sex with a 4 year old. all other questions tend to fall within those guide lines. I doubt if anyone wants to work around a predator, or sex offender.
