How long have you had this problem? There are many different things you could try such as: Incorporate more fiber in your diet, eat more raw and cooked vegetables and fruits, eating whole grain breads or whole wheat breads and crackers, eating whole grain cereals. Drink plenty of water so your bowels can move better. Exercise, take walks or go to a gym. Drink a small glass of apple juice before going to bed. If none of these things work out for you and you still remain constipated, then you need to make an appointment to see your doctor. He or she will be able to determine what is the cause of your bowel problems and perhaps prescribe something that will be useful.

I hope I was helpful. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Make sure you eat enough fibre. Bananas and prunes are also helpful for healthy bowels. And if you're really desperate, you can start chewing sugar-free gum more often because in excess it has a laxative effect ;)
