Pure Ganguly fans will never blame Viru or Kaif.. what they have to say is... the board is using different yardstick for different players. Even when Kaif was awufully out of form he was kept in the Team, and we all know that Ganguly was dropped only on personal and political reasons.

P.S. Fans are always a bit upset when their hero's are not in the team, and frankly speaking Sourav desrves more respect then what he got. ( i am not a sourav fan)

Sorry, but I never blamed Kaif for not scoring. He's a fab player. I think Sehwag has potential, but he's not at all living up to the expectations. And Ganguly is a seasoned player who deserved to have been treated with more respect.

Gauguly is not as good as veeru in test but in one day he is far better than these 2 , the average itself shows that and he has scored more than 10000 runs,Gauguly haven't been given so many chances as Kaif or shewag to come back , if they had given him he also would have shut up everyone mouth

we didnt blame Veeru and Kaif for not scoring i am a eually good fan of these two its only that ganguly desrves another chance but the selectors are not including because of their personal issues which i feel is unfair.

This is the sad situation. I cant understand why dont they stop targetting other players performance to justify their dissent against Sauravs removal. True that Viru and Kaif had a lean slump. However it is also true that their slump was not as bad as Saurav.
When will they realize that Indian team is not like magicians. We cant win 100% of the time nor can each player ( San Dravid and few others) Saurav is history and sooner people realize this sooner the distractions for this will disappear.

I always knew that Kaif and Sehwag will strike form very soon. Ganguly was out of form for a lot longer than these two.

See not only Ganguly fans but the media too was after them but since their bat has made the talk all are appreciating their performance this generally happens you can see that people had lost hope with Chappel and Dravid as well but now since the team is performing they have again started throwing their weight behind them so in simple words we can say nothing succeeds success

They were given more chances than Ganguly...they did not have to play in humiliating circumstances like Ganguly and they were not captains of an unreliable rookie team when they were doing poorly. Ganguly would have won the two tests that Dravid lost to draws in WI.

true absolutely true ! kaif and sehwag have now proved themselves by knocking big 100s unlike ganguly who even failed to make a 50 even after giving him several chances.

they say bring sourav back.sehwag and kaif weren't performing but they were given so many chances then why not sourav should be given chances.i bet if sourav were given equal number of chances,he would have done much better than sehwag and kaif.if you don't believe me check the past records of all 3 of them
