Provided you both agree to the divorce, I think you only need to be separated for 1 year. It used to be 2 years but I'm sure this was changed a few weeks ago.

Why do you need a quick divorce? Are you in a hurry to get married again? Is divorce the only solution for you or have you considered other options, like counseling? It has been my experience that anything worth having is worth fighting for. Have you fought for a good marriage? go see a lawyer hun, but remember there is no quickie divorce for couples with children regardless of whose they are
