You can't make someone fall in love with you...
Be extra nice to that person so he/she will notice you. You could try forming a special bond with that person, like a real close friend.
But if you wanna go for the sneaky approach....
Prove to him your worth, by becoming the best friend he never had! But at that point the guy is subcontiously taking you for granted. And thats when you suddenly befriend another guy to make your "special person" jealous and to make him realise how important you really are to him... and he might, he might..... develop some feelings towards you XD
second option....
Tell him or pay someone or ask someone to tell him you like him. When he asks, dont answer directly, just tell him "secret" and give out major hints that it is true. If he likes your attention, than that means he will have a huge potential of having a crush on you, but if he hates your attention, than completely ignore him and pretend to like some other guy....
This will make your "special person" feel rejected and his pride will be trampled on. He will think " Why did she like him over me? Why did her crush on me suddenly vanished. Did I change for the worse?" And he will be thinking of you more often.
This will make the Hater into a Lovah...
Try this if your willing to....never flirt with his bestfriends :x because he will easily give you up for them.
Some expected results...
*A 50:50 chance that your "special person" will try to win you over, from the guy that your currently pretending to like.
*He might get discouraged and might just become your friend.

Sorry...no such formula exists. You cannot make someone fall in love with you. All you can do is to be yourself and act as you normally would. Love cannot begin with a lie or an involuntary act...the sooner you learn there's no magic answer, the sooner you'll be able to get on with your life and worry about more important things.

You can't "make" someone fall in love with you. There is no magic potion. All you can do is be the best person you can be as yourself and hope for the best. If the other person cares for you, good luck to both of you. If not, there's really nothing you can do.

Be confident and happy with your life.
You may not get the person you're thinking of, but you will become more attractive and interesting. Work on improving yourself, and not worrying about making someone fall in love with you...it will have a better long term affect on your life.
