Till Im able to get my concealed liscence in a few weeks? Then I'd feel really safe.

Yes Why not?
Is it smart?
No you will have to hide it every time you park the car.
Who are you trying to impress?
You will certainly complicate traffic stops as the police will look at you as a potential threat.
If your on you wat to go hunting that is the only time you should have a shotgun or rifle with you.
Then it should be mounted in plain site unloaded or in a case un loaded.
You might feel better but knowing someone as paranoid as you is running around with a loaded gun doesnt exactly make me feel too safe.

NO,,,,,,you are able to circulate to reformatory for that. In California the only legal thank you to delivery a gun in the trunk is locked and unloaded, with the ammunition locked in a separate container. you're able to desire to easily have a solid reason, like going to the gun selection. you're able to desire to be over 18 without felonies. you are able to no longer legally purely carry or shop a gun on your trunk. you don't desire a enable.

Why do you want to mount a shotgun? Wouldn't you rather mount your girlfriend or wife?

And why in the trunk?

I don't see why not as long as it isn't loaded and the ammo is stored in a locked box away from the shotgun.
