It's not easy to answer your question without knowing what area you live in and what kind of gas you are talking about (natural gas? Propane?)

The only advice I can give you, which is common sense, is to look in your local phone book, yellow pages. If you are looking for natural gas, look under "natural gas" or "utilitiy services". Propane, look under propane "dealer" or "supplier". If you are looking for an industrial gas such as acetylene or oxygen, look under welding supply or welding equiptment.
