I want some differences between fauna and flora in general, without regions...

Yeah... i don't want their definition... I want their differences worth "5" marks in examination.. There should at least be 5 points.. I won't be able to secure 5 marks by just writing 1 point...

Fauna are living animal organisms, characterized by voluntary movement.
Flora are living plant organisms, lacking the power of locomotion.

Fauna is Animals and Flora is Plants. Is that what you mean?

Very simple really, flora covers plants, flowers, trees etc whereas fauna covers living creatures eg, animals, birds, insects etc.
