yes you can. Most lotions clog the pores, which is what causes pimples in the first place. Try looking for a block specially formulated for facial use. They usually have a lighter lotion and won't clog pores as bad.

Yes. The sunblock can clog your pores. Right when you are out of the sun wash your face to make sure that there is no sunscreen on your face. That should help.
