Togo as a result of continuing despute regarding players bonus' and pay. They wanted about $200,000 each to play in world cup and $39,000 each for a win and something else for a draw

I believe Togo's 'coach' resigned because of egos in the squad. I'm not sure if their 'couch' resigned, but I heard England's had because Wayne Rooney has been sitting on it for so long...
