say it leads to dandruff.. second.. i use nizaral with 2 percent ket'zole(i assume u undersdtand what it means) but still dandruff reappears after few days.. so long i use the shampoo its ok .thereafter its not.. also i want to know whether its ok to use a hair oil post a shampoo/...

Coconut oil, Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Neem Oil and many other oils are wonderful for your hair and may prevent dandruff.
I would also like to suggest the water cure. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water every day with a pinch of unrefined sea salt.

I had severe danddruff problem , i resolved it natural indian way
1. make coconut oil little warm massage on scalp 10 mts
2. shampoo it with hibiscus flower/leaf ( how to make i can give the details if interested) or even thick banana juice.
3. massage the scalp under the shower with a round comb under the
shower ( make practice to use the round comb whenever take shower,
it will clear the dandruff and will give massage)

but you have to beware of the smells
