How can I stop the previously viewed webpages from being displayed when I type sonething into the Address bar? For example, when I type something starting with "a" it automatically comes up with "answers.yahoo.com"
How can I delete this list?

On your browser, click on TOOLS and then Internet Options.
Then clear your history and also delete your temporary internet files.
You may also need to clear your autocomplete cuz it records usernames and sometimes even passwords.
Go to the Content tab and there should be an autocomplete option on the bottom. You need to go to the settings and clear autocomplete form as well.

You must clear the browser history by going to tools > internet options > clear history
