I think so unless you have some sort of medical condition that wouldn't allow you to...ask the Doc if so.
But hey, I had one and it is verrrry relaxing.

Yes, getting a massage whether full body or not is the best way to relieve tension and stress in the body. And besides, you can always tell them how much pressure your body can take. Massage centers do have sets of health questionnares so they'll know if you have scoliosis, dislocated bones, etc. This will be helpful in making your massage experience worthwhile and safe.

Yes, but you have to make sure that you are going to a reputable place and make sure their licenses are posted on the wall. Call the Better Business Bureau to be sure if you have to. Massage therapy is very beneficial. There is nothing sexual about it and if these people are professionals they would not do anything to compromise their jobs.

You don't have to take all of your clothes off if you feel uncomfortable in doing so, plus they know how to meneuver the sheets so that all of you is covered even when you have to flip over. If you feel more comfortable with a same sex message therapist you can request that also.

Really couldn't get a definition of the word masage so I'm not really sure I"d want one of those done on me--sounds dangerous-NOW FULL BODY MASSAGES THERE'S SOMETHING--and as far as safe is concerned it really depends on who you have administering---I understand Helga over in fitness can get unbelievably rough (I think she has men issues) and then there's Bruce from skin and beauty (I've heard he's got men issues too) So--I guess it depends on who you have giving them----------

Full body massage is safe only if it is done according to ayurvedic methods. Unfortunately, many ads coming now a days are purportedly not meant for decent full body massage. As such whether it is safe or not depends on where are you going to have full body massage

They are great. one of the best things you can do for yourself. Removes toxins, relieves stress and revitalizes muscles. Beware of places that are open till midnight. Usually are the "sex" massage places. Legit ones are open during regular biz hours and staff have LMT after their names.

As long as you have somebody decent doing it, it's a wonderful feeling. It removes the stresses all over your body...but they must know what they are doing.

yes, full body massages are safe, as long as you go to a spa, and the masseuse knows what he/she is doing.

One of the best foreplays if you love the person. It can lead to sex but if you don't, perfectly safe!

Absolutly, as long as it don't get too personal, if it does watch out for an u/c agent to jump out and say "Busted".
