This pazhaverkadu is on the Chennai to Calcutta route and it is 57Kms. you may go via Chennai - redhills - naravgarikuppam - tirupalaivanam - Pulicat. There is no good hotels nearby hence you are informed to take lunch bag and other eatable items. You have to go by but from the main land to the island and to shore. You can enjoy the sea birds view , eat fish and crab - for that you must have your own cook and meterials. You can enjoy from morning to evening. but not stay there as only fisherman's are staying in huts only
