India is a mixture of many beautiful ethinic and racial groups.
The intermixing of the orginal inhabitants that is the Dravidians (who are claimed to be the authors of harappan civilization) with many other countries began way back in 1500 BC.
they were
persians, greeks,Kushanas,Sagas,Hunas,Arabs,Turks,Afghans,Mongols,Mughals and then the British,Portiguese,French in the later stage.
the racial and ethinic gruops got mixed up.
So you can see the diversity in many cultures and festivals and its all because of this. The fair skinned people could be the Indo-arayans or Persians..if u really want to know who they really are thne u need to check up their list of great grannys..

Not really. The offsprings of Indo-English people are called as anglo Indians. There is a theory that Aryans who settled in India actually immigrated from Germany - the fair skinned ones may be them. But this is just a theory.

No. The skin color is lighter at higher latitudes as a natural adaptation. But if you are Indian 99.9% of the time you can tell when a person is racially Indian just by looking at the face because the skin color is the only difference between lighter-skinned and darker-skinned Indians and we are identical genetically.

Past invaders like the British and Arabs often raped our woman which is why about 0.001% of our population is mixed. But you can tell because those who still carry those genes do not have an Indian face.

I have seen them in India. They are called Anglo Indians.
I do not know if that name indicates that they are decedents of mixed marriage but one thing I know, they are beautiful, take my word for it.
