Am a physically hand-capped university graduate with G.P.A 3.6 from university of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Iam currentry working with the Tanzanian Ministry of Home Affairs as a Social Welfare Officer dealing with Community Service Programme as an alternative to imprisonment.
I do counsel offenders on behaviour improvements and on law abiding responsibility.
Iam also interested in Human Rights and Human Resource Management matters.

You have a very high GPA coming from there, and you also are working in a government office. There is a very good chance that you could get a university sponsorship, if your exam scores are good.

First you need to visit the Embassy of each of the Scandinavian countries; they will have information for you to begin with such as required exams. I know most of the English-speaking world requires SAT for academic testing, but I don't know for certain if that is the requirement for the Scandinavian countries.

ummmm, you can try and ask around, see what you can find out as fare as from people at the school, and those around you, plus try google scholarships, and what not, and see what you can find out, good luck in your endever, teehee
