Go to a Harley Dealership

I would agree with taking it to a dealer. BUT...if you insist on doing it yourself...... take off your bags(or tour pack, whatever you have.) Check to see if you have exhausts on both sides or just on right. If just on right side, will probably be easier to get axle out on left side. Loosen the adjusters on the back of your swingarm ( count the # of turns because you're going to have to put them back in and tighten up to where they were) Once the adjusters are loose enough to release tension on your drive belt, remove it from the pulley, remove the axle and wheel should come out. Much easier to get it out than to get it back in.

If you're wanting to do your own work, the FIRST thing I would recommend is going and getting a good service/repair manual.

If you DON'T get things (wheel) put back in correctly and adjusted properly, you will notice it in the rear end ( wobble, etc) when you ride ( and then have to take everything apart and somewhat start over......)

Good luck !!!!!!!

Take it to a dealership and have it done for about 50 bucks.
