your account must be locked by someone or by yahoo itself,
If it is by Yahoo then, you cannot enter into chat rooms..
Did you use multiple ID's at the same time into Chat rooms?
If it is so, then Yahoo must have Locked your IDs only from Entering Chat Rooms....
If it is someone else using some account locking softwares, then it could be unlocked within 24 hours itself...
First check out whether your profile is available or not... then check about ur Mobile" Facility...

Yahoo! Chat Rooms are only for people who are 18 years or above of age.

go to sun java download runtime j2se 5-6[it will upgrade to 7]then if u
don't have macromedia flash 8 download it,allow active x.
once in chat press tempory allow pop ups otherwise you won't
be able to set favs etc
