I cook Baked Potato's on my Dash in the Summer for fun. Never tried Baking a Chicken in the Trunk! Cool Idea! ;-D

I would try a product called Natures Miracle. You can get it at a pet store. It has active enzymes that eat bacteria causing odors. It can remove skunk smell, blood as well as vomit and animal urine out of carpet. It's a natural product so you might want to try it first before using a bunch of chemicals. Good luck.

Clean the trunk out with soap and water and vacumn thoroughly... Then use some chlorox on the metal, part to clean it, and disinfect it. (make SURE you get it all off, so it doesnt rust it! Rinse thoroughly)
Then spead some coffee grounds..(dont remember if its used or fresh ones, so, I would spead them both, some on one side and some on the other side, as this absorbs odors very well)...

first use a good carpet shampoo then rinse with vinegar then when it dries use a lot of fabreeze on it. when useing the carpet shampoo add some baking soda to some very warm water.

Pour dry coffee powder, lots of it on the carpet. will stain the carpet, but you can clean it later. it will get rid of the smell.
