The first two people who said fish had the right idea, but you shouldn't eat too much fish, especially certain kinds, when you are pregnant. I can't remember off the top of my head, but certain fish, more than others, have low levels of mercury in them, which doesn't seem to be harmful to a healthy adult, but isn't good for your unborn child. Ask your doctor about what kinds of fish you can eat and how often and how much.

any fresh veggies, usually, the darker the color of the veggies, the better they are for you and baby.get plenty of calcium so baby doesnt leech it out of your bones, fish is a good source of omega3 fatty acids which are good for baby`s brain, but be careful of ocean fish and some others, too, because of high levels of mercury in them. folate is a MUST you should get plenty of that if you take a prenatal vitamin. Are you on the WIC program? they give out a lot of information on nutrition and stuff.

Natural and organic foods as much as you can get them. Avoid anything processed or preserved when you can and be sure to take pre-natal vitamins!
