in response to this "If she is already married to you, you have every right to touch and sleep with her.. She's your wife, dude.." she's stupid, just because you're married does not mean she has to sleep with you.
Now in answer to the question you have to consummate the marriage, to make it "real" so that's why there's honeymoons. And Both sides of the arranged marriage probably except some sort of sex will happen, but make sure she's okay with it.

I would say that there's no need for you to tell her that because it is understood that husbands and wives should sleep together. Prepare youself to sleep on the bed where she sleeps. If she lets you, then hug her. If she does not tell you to back off, then kiss her gently, and if still she allows yo to do that, then go for it. I'm sure she would not show resistance to what you would do to her.
However, if she doesn't want you to be by her side during your first night, better not tell her that you want to sleep with her because I'm sure that she will not allow you to. Give her time to accept you as her husband. When she's ready and has accepted you with all her heart, that'st the time for you to be husband and wife not only on papers but in the real essence of the word "marriage".

Sleeping besides her is the best way to know if she is willing to sleep with you. Dont rush things, be gentle, she most probably is craving for the first thing. She is also scared, so allay the fears, by being tender. Dont make it like you are hungry, and want to grab a slice, share the slice. And if you dont do it the first day, it will definitely happen the next. Dont be too hurried with something you have got for life. Dont tell anyone anything. It is between you two.

You have several options:
hold up a placard.
use a neon sign that blinks and says that you want to sleep with her.
send her across the mountain and generate smoke signals.
Or, simply cuddle her and gradually get there!

Even though you are married, No still means NO! If you force yourself upon her it is still rape, So be gentle, and hope she is willing. Try to set things up so they are romantic, show her you care about her, and let nature take is course.. (being open with her is a good start)

If you really love the woman or have feelings for her you will not have to tell her anything!
Nature will take its course!
Its not necessary to tell a woman that you want to have sex with her when you want to have sex with her unless you know that "dirty talk" really turns her on or puts her in the mood!
