Every thing is working fine in connection with the communication between my notebook and the phone I am eve receiving and transferring images and files using infrared and bluetooth but when it comes to running pc suite it really does not work. I have heard it has got a lot of bugs as usual with nokia software. Also it has bad mono speakers.

Hey, i have a Nokia 6600. I bought it a few months ago n m already lookin for buyers!
the thing about it is that the features r REALLY amazin, n the price is reasonable too, but it comes with a whole set of problems.
the speed is agonisingly slow. Believe me on that 1. it keeps on hangin n nothin can fix that except removin the batteries!
I'm usin a 256 MB card. I'm hardly usin a little more than half of it, but its still v.slow. Sometimes the gallery just does not open. n the same thing happens with the inbox. infact, right now, i cant access my inbox n i cant receive messages either.
The software that's availible for the 6600 is really good. My Uncle is usin the same phone, but he hasn't had any problems with it because he only uses it for contacts n messagin. but that makes little sense cuz if you've bought the phone, its best 2 make use of all the features, right?
I've been told (by MANY people) that the latest Nokia phones(the ones that fall in the middle range) suck, and specific among them is the 6600.
I speak 4m personal experience. Besides, I'm lookin for a new phone and I've been speakin to people about different phones, all of whom have advised me not to go in for Nokia.
If you are the kinda person who won't use a lot of the features, you could consider the 6600. But if you, like me, plan on using most of the features, then my advice is do NOT go in for the Nokia 6600.
Talk to people who deal in phones and try handling and going through the phone before you buy it. Hope this helped.
Good Luck!
