I am from non english speaking country and I got a credit pass for english in London O/L exam. I want to learn english fast (about 3 - 6 months) I want to express all my ideas in english and I want to read and understand newspapers. pl give me advise to do this by myself.

talk to people in English all the time & to english speaking people & ask them to explain words you dont know

If you get some books and study religously by urself then maybe you could, but unfortunately English is not a language that you can completely learn from books so i suggest you get a tutor.

there are special books and CDs form the Linguafone company and other companies.they are designed to teach you different languages ata short period of time..there are also books for english.and they are availiable in different levels such as begginer,advanced etc...but since you have already given the O level exam as you said its going to be easier for you to learn faster.you can find the learn it your self method at bookstores with schoolbooks:) GOOD LUCK!

yes speaking in English is very easy. buy a Eng-speaking coUrse and do it ur self. not difficult
