i have clicked on my own adsense ads, just to try and see if it works, and then i read that they don't allow it, will google automaticlly deactiveate my account?

If it was just once, you may be ok.
Just do not do it again.

Send a quick note to adsense customer service telling them that you accidentally clicked on one of your own ads. With that note you should be fine.

They don't allow it . They not count.
