Absolutly. Maybe it is not the same as adults as she doesnt have the worries of adult relationships, but whatever she is feeling is real. Children and teenages all experience the same emotions as adults do, whether it be love, hurt, anger etc..
Just because she is young does not mean she doesnt feel it as strong. Love is a powerful thing!

in my belief, yes.

its found in the bible. 1 corinthians 13:4-7
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."

if you learn this, you've learned what REAL love is. the world will tell you love is a feeling. God tells us that love is a CHOICE. the world's "feelings" love is not good because it means that it will always change depending on how you are feeling at the time. you know, like "i love you" and then they do something that upsets you and all of a sudden "i dont love you anymore". it is not good. true and real love, the CHOICE, means its neverending. its a committment, its the kind of love that keeps people married. the kind of love that Jesus died on the cross for you and me for.

so yes, a 13 year old can know what true love is, you learned it just then :-)

No, I don't think a 13 year old should be worried about love. That comes later. Worry about your education. If you don't take care of you and make something of yourself, what do you have to offer a significant other? What makes you special? Become something, then worry about love.

love my dear is a very strong word n ppl often get it mixed up with infatuation. love is a strong affaction for something or someone that last a lifetime, that is true love while infatuation is love that last for a short periond of time...i dont think this is the time to say it is true love so wait until later in life u say that...if it is true it wont go anywhere...
