Someone who is a role-model in your life, someone you can count upon during your pain, who can make you strong with his great advice and lift your spirit when you feel down. Someone who teaches you, how to be a human being even in the toughest of calamities. Someone who walks with you, but when you fall pushes you to walk again..so that you can learn from your mistakes. Well, my definition of a 'Father' is amazing..coz i have the best father i could have asked for..and all the above is true with my Dad..!!

My sons father has passed away. I now have a fiancee who loves my son. This is the first year that we are going to celebrate fathers day, he doesn't know yet. My fiancee has been the closest thing to a father my son has ever known. I think that fathers day is very special and should be celebrated carefully with the right person.

Blood relation doesn't always make someone a true father, and an unrelated person can act more like a father then anyone else.

How can u even think of defining a father or his emotions or his feelings. all i can say is dat my father is my best father in the world. He's my best friend. He knows what exactly do i need and when do i need it. He takes care of me and pampers me to the max. and so i'm his spoilt brat. But then he has taught me how exactly do i need to balance my personal and professional life, b/w my friends and family. He's the best.
u can't really define a father. bcoz every def. will miss out on sum of the best points a father has. so as of now just plan a big surprise for ur father on father's day .

I think that a father is a man who cares for and takes responsibility for a child even if it's not his. Anyone can have a baby it takes a man to be a father. I'm a father of two beautiful children, one is mine by birth the other is my ex's who's dad past away 3 years ago.

A father is not one who gives birth to someone but one who raises and respects. One you can count on for anything at anytime. One you can confess your feelings to without feeling like s.h.i.t.One that you know will never let you down. The person you consider your father aint have to have your same blood might be a true person with pure thoughts that extremly nice with you and one that you look up too. One that you value. A person i consider my father is my freind he has always taken care of me and still cares for me today.

First and foremost a father is a man who wanted children in his life more than anything else. He is a man who willingly accepts the responsibility for always loving his children and teaching them right from wrong. A father is neither judge nor jury to his children but a person in life they know they can always trust and depend on to guide them through life's obstacles. He is a rock, the one person to them in life who never compromises their beliefs and values in order to give his children that constant benchmark for living life happily and successfully. He will be the one, if he is truly a good father, that of all those his children meet and know in life will be remembered as strong, confident and disciplined in the way he loved his children and family.

A father is someone that cares about you and takes care of you. He provides: food, shelter, rules, love and keeps you safe.

Being a father is not synomous with being a donor.

Someone who is loving, caring, protective, supportive, sensitive to the needs of the child and the family as a whole, giving, and not afraid to show his sensitive side. One who will sacrifice for his family. A great helpmate to his wife. And, a good role-model.
