Hi girls, we are trying to have a baby and this month we managed to have sex exactly during my ovulation. This happened 5 days ago. The day after the intercourse i had low blood preasure and felt i was going to faint at the supermarket. So far i have sharp abdomen pain every day like when i am ovulating but more strong. and today i have an unbereable hearth burn. Could it be it?

I know this site here can help you know when you will be fertile and ovulating based on your period info go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com

As for your sharp pains maybe you have an ovarian cyst or something so maybe you need to see a doctor cause i don't think heartburn would cause you so much pain like that.

A blood test will show you are pregnant 6 days after conception and it is 100% accurate.

If you have unbearable pains and you cannot handle it you really need to go to the ER...Don't hurt to see what is going on with your health.

Good luck and i hope you feel better and stop hurting

I hope so! But the fact is, it takes four days four the sperm to travel up the fallopian tubes and fertilize the egg. Try not to get too excited because if it isn't, you'll be very upset. Just be patient and keep trying and in about three weeks, take a test. Make sure to let us know the results! There is no better feeling than that of being a parent. Good luck and God bless!
Oh, I almost forgot. You husband should be able to tell if your pregnant before you even know for sure! If he goes "down there" to pleasure you and it taste different, a little more bitter, that's a VERY good sign your pregnant. My husband always tells me before I'm far enough along to even take a test! Again, good luck.

If you are pregnant, trust me it's not from five days ago. Try EPT first response home pregnancy test.
The symptoms you are having are similar to the one's I had when I first found out I was pregnant but I recently thought I was pregnant because my friend was late. I was aslo having those very same symptoms but it wasn't so, she finally came a few days later.

The harder you try to get pregnant the harder it's going to be. Let nature takes it course (unless you have been told you're unable to conceive naturally) and the rest will follow.

Also remember that if you are stressing yourself over this then your body is not working at it's full potential. So relax as much as possible. Find other things to think about.

Early congrats!!!

I think it may simply be wishful thinking...you aren't far enough along to have symptoms yet. However, you still may be, so you really need to relax and make sure you are taking it easy. Stress and being anxious are not good for you or your baby. There are new tests on the market now that allow you to test much sooner than before...but for now, it's just a waiting game!

Sorry, no it couldn't. It takes about a week for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus to start implanting. Until it implants, it is not attached to your body in any way and *cannot* cause physical signs of pregnancy.

Of course, you *may* still be pregnant. Good luck!!!

heartburn, was one of my first signs and i had it my whole pregnancy, but i think you need to relax and just see if you are, getting anxious about it won't do you or the baby any good
