Stay out of the sun. I grew up on a farm and I still do gardening and other things,(no animals though). My mother use to put milk on our faces at least 3 times a week so we would have nice complexion. I never had a pimple as a teen and now I'm 60 and still don't have wrinkles. I have had more people tell me that it was not possible to be 60 and look like 40. Yeah, I'm bragging,,but why shouldn't I? I don't know if the same will happen for you I don't know how old you are. but mom started when we were little. Hey it's worth a try. I don't think you're ever to old to start something different for your skin. Hope this helps.

In the West, people want to be dark. In the East, they want to be fair...just know that when people use chemicals to alter their skin tones, they look washed out, like Michael Jackson...or too much tan, they look fake as well. Stay out of the sun, for one, if you want to be fairer, buy a big floppy hat when you do go in the sun...

you can start by washing your face everyday.morning and night.don't use soap 'cause some soap have chemicals that can irritate your face.use facial cream.also, use detox cream or whatever that can make your complexion fairer.also, avoid food that is oily 'cause it makes your face full of pimples.also, put avocado in your face.it make your complexion fairer and also whiter.if your face will be irritated, consault a doctor at ones.and stop using the pruduct.

Why do you want a fairer complextion? Well any way you get creams like Jhonson & Jhonson which helps with that. I heard banana is good as well as dairy products.
