everyday i take some supplemens, like :
- multi carotene (for my eyes)
- vitamin E (for my skin)
- salmon fish oil (for my brain)
- garlic (for antibiotic)

I take vitamin e, but a higher dose..... i eat lots of ish and carrots..basically its better to eat fruits and vegetables it far better than taking supplements....

roselle tablets
reishi gano
ganocellium
chlorophyll
virgin coconut oil
but most important i eat lotz of fresh fruitz and veggies!
