First and foremost u need to have willpower! it is the key to every ambition. If u are addicted to cyber...u r the one who can stop it all. There are some options I could suggest:
1)U must make it point to surf the net when ur family is around. This will not give u the privacy and opportunity to watch the crap!!!
2)There must be certain websites u must be enjoying.U can very well block these sites with the help of programs.
3)Devote ur energy to something positive. In the beginning u can go for meditation....Everymorning when u get up say 50 times I will not watch any crap today...It has been experimentally proved that an activity can become an addiction if it is practised for 42 days (pl. don't ask me which experiment cos I read it somewhere!!!) So I believe if u can control 42 days u will gain confidence.
4)Utilise ur energy and time for something constructive like helping others...resolving other's problems like I'm trying to help u...
5)Involve urself more into ur family look wat ur family needs and develop more emotional bonding
I hope I made some sense
All the best:):)

I have alot of respect for you here because you admit having this problem and are wanting to change and not do it anymore! That says alot for you as a person and a spouse. Seek counseling and help for this and get away from all of the sources that cause or tempt you to do this! You may have to shur the computer down and have your spouse put a password on it so that you cannot access it whenever you want too! Also be honest with your spouse about this and as for forgiveness too! I wish you the best! I am here to talk if you need to as well! http://marriagetoday.org Go to that site and email Jimmy and Karen and ask them for advice too! Hope this helps some and i wish you the best in getting past this!

seek professional help, ie counseling usually helps. On the other hand, cyber sex could be a way for you to explore your fantasies. It all depends how often you perform this. Some women enjoy this act because it keeps their anonimity and they get to fulfill their sexual desire.
It all depends what you want.

in the first place, what pushes you to like that? are you not contented with your wife? are you missing something from her? then you must start to talk about that while it is still early. there are many people you will meet here. might make you more addicted to do that and eventually that would lead to desiring something else.. then totally you will be forgetting about your wife, and might even make you feel cold towards her. so while it's still early, if you think it's really wrong, then do the right thing..
good luck and God bless..

Turn the computer off and unscribe to the internet service.
If it really has become out of had, I suggest you might need counselling.
I hope your hands don't hurt too much :)

You just need to make yourself stop for the sake of your marriage. People always say they fell into sin. They didn't fall into it, it was planned. You know what you need to do. Just do it!!!
