really, I hear it all the time, they insist that they are fat even though they really aren't. in fact, they've got nice figures... (im referring to the girls that I know) can anyone answer this???

haha in malaysia, its a common thing among teenage girls. even in my school, they are girls hu are stick thin but they stil insist dat they are fat. to my point of view, i think they only want attention, and by doing so, they'll definately b 100% sure they'll get it.

Everywhere we look we see models with tiny bodies, girls starving themselves and getting a pat on the back for losing 30 pounds. On tv all the movie stars are a size 0-2..when in the whole world the normal size is a 7. so from a 0 to a 7 there's a big change. everywhere we go we see men as well as other women pointing out the beauty of the tall, skinny girl in school, at work, in the bar. It doesn't matter. We're just accustomed for people to say that if your not 100 pounds or less you're fat. What's worse is that there are people WAYYY under weight because of this. and we should be happy with the way we look. Unfortunately i'm another one girl that isn't happy with the way she looks. cuz even my family says i'm fat, and i don't think i am...sometimes.

Yep, this sounds exactly like me. I think it's an insecurity thing and peer pressure, every girl needs a little reassurance now and again that she's not fat and doesn't have a huge bum, even if it's untrue!

Unfortunity women want men to think they are sexy, rather then them feeling sexy for themselves. Men should take a stand and tell women that a bit of fat is okay, otherwise women will continue to want to look like models (skin and bone).

either they are freaky or just they want to get the ideas of others. this is called evaluation too
they evaluate herself that what others think and say about her.
exp, Hey Johny i look very fat, see my face is like ....
then the boy will comfort her with nice , sexy or the words which she desir always.

Because of what they see on the media. Pencil thin,anorexic girls that look like little boys. Woman are suppose to be curvy.
