You're were right to complain. It's a bad influence on your daughter. The judge should have stop this type of activity. Who knows what they were doing besides sleeping. And even if they were just sleeping they should not be sleeping in the same room as your daughter. This is what the world is coming to. Women get away with what ever they want to. Of course the man is always wrong. No matter what.
So what happened? How did the judge rule?

Maybe your daughters mother had reason not to use the third room, but I do not see any harm in the arrangement she did for her guests.
I often had family staying and I had 12 kids sleeping in a four bedroomed house, me and my husband, his sister and the house was so full because I believe my kids had friends too that my sister in law slept in the bath! Lol!
When there are guests or family staying you do what works out for the best, my house is sometimes bursting from the seams.
Relax, and unless your daughter gives a cause for concern, don't worry so much.

ppl do this all the time. sometimes i'm made to sleep in the same bed as my cousin..while my visitors sleep on the other bed. it's called hospitality. U should be happy ur daughters were hospitable to the guests. just cuz u may hate ur ex wife..doesnt mean that ur daughters should disrespect the guests. It's her guests. Imagine, if ur buddy n his wife from high school came over to visit u for 2 days. wouldnt u have them sleep in a bed?

I do not blame you for being upset. I would not be happy about that situation either! She should not have done that. You have every right to be upset. I am surprised the court didn't think anything was wrong with it. Good luck to you, I hope you can keep your daughter from going thru that again!

You complained to the court???
I apologize, but I have a very bad opinion of you. You are the type of person who allows for no error in life, and I am sad for you and the people around you.

Hello,
You are part right, because as a parent you ave the right to be worried about your Daughter.
Did your daughter tell you soemthing, if nothing happened i don't see what the big problem is, then again do you trudt the adult who were room sharing.....just talk to your Baby's mother about the situation.
think about it if you talk to your ex about it first and you don't get nowhere then seek other advice.....

And what problem have you got with sleeping arrangements. Unless anything happened you are probably wasting the judges time.
