what's the best external filter is it eheim or tetra tec?

Im looking for a good filter and not sure which one to buy, i was going to go for the Eheim proffesional then noticed the tetra tec 700 it and looks very good.

I've liked the Eheim and have used them for many year, in both Fresh and Salt,,, You will be happy with either, TOC, what is needed
