Unfortunately there are so many scammers on line that anyone that sent you financial help other than advise would be foolish. Suggest you work on doing lots of yard sales etc at least that money would not be taxable and you could make enough to make some of the ends meet depending on how hard you work. I know some who have started with yard sales, graduated to flea markets and now own their own shop. It can take over a year to settle a case like yours through the courts and mediation. So, don't count on anything moving quickly remember it's your life so do what is best for your life in the long run don't forget vocational rehab. Good luck sorry I could not be of more assistance.

First, contact your creditors and let them know the situation. This shows them you want to pay but can't - most will be willing to defer payments for a month or two, but interest will still accrue. You may need to talk to a manager.

Next, talk to an attorney. I've never heard of anyone being denied unemployment - if they fired you, you can file for unemployment - that's why you pay all those taxes and stuff every paycheck. Now, being denied disability is another story. If you have all the documentation they require, you'll need an attorney to fight this one. Also, there may be another claim for the firing (this is just plain wrong to fire someone this way and it could be illegal).

find something "under the table" or the yard sales is a good idea what about babysitting, sell some things you don't need.If you had been there over a year the FMLA law would have protected you.
