Erm go gargle with some antiseptic mouthwash to kill any bacteria that might be causing discomfort within your tooth/gums.
Hmm.... maybe its also caused by your intense brushing off your teeth, mustve caused a slight unnoticed bruise XD If that's the case replace your toothbrush with a softer bristled tooth brush.
If your around the age 18-20? Your wisdom tooth might be starting to show O.o consult your dentist immeidately, cuz if you don't it might soon push your permanent teeth forward thus cramming or damaging them >.<

Go to the dentist. It's the only thing that will actually get rid of the pain anyway, painkillers just kill (or dull) the pain for a few hours. If you've got toothache, it won't get better, only worse, until you get it fixed.

first rinse your mouth with salt water, then
wait 30Min's and apply sm-33 gel to affected areas.
if that doesn't help then you will have to take nurafen plus.
if your gums are infected then you will also need antibiotics from your doctor. Its one of the worst pains to have. I hope you get better.

My friend's mother used to swear by oil of cloves. Try a health shop.
I'd also recommend a visit to the dentist!
