If both these teams get the first place in their groups ( which is probably gonna happen) and they pass all other rounds, they will meet each other in the semifinal. It is mathematical. They can't meet in the WC final. But anyway I think Brazil is going to win. It is a better team and it has more experience. In this last 3 WC it has been 3 times in the final.
