Assuming you mean "Stranded" on an island, a Satilite Phone (cell phone would not do you any good folks), water purifier, and a GPS so I can tell them where the heck I am.

You're talking about a deserted island, right?
If it was a regular vacation destination island, I wouldn't need those things and would probably bring a laptop, a Nintendo DS, and a bag of DS games.
